I believe there is a great power when I choose to live in the now but it is increasingly difficult for me in my world of fast paced Internet Marketing (my career) so sometimes I choose to bring myself back into the moment by photographing bees of all types and sometimes other insects. I find their single-mindedness complex in an incredibly beautiful way that never fails to bring me into the moment and create a greater sense of peace. When I look at this picture I get a small sense of that feeling and I hope you do as well.
